Ingredients:
- 9 cooked lasagna noodles
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- pasta sauce
- mozzarella cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Combine spinach, ricotta, parmesan, egg
- Put some sauce on the bottom of a baking pan
- Spread cheese mixture over a noodle and carefully roll, place on the baking pan seam side down
- Repeat with all of the remaining noodles
- Ladle sauce over the noodles, sprinkle mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 40 minutes
i know red sauce is standard for lasagna but when you said that you use whatever pasta sauce you have i started drooling over the possibility of alfredo... mmmmmmm...
