- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Rice
Directions:
- Combine cream of chicken soup, lemon juice and mayo. Stir.
- Pour mixture on top of rinsed and trimmed chicken breasts in large casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
- Near the end of baking, take out of oven and top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake uncovered for a few mins.
- Serve on top of rice.

omg you cannot put mayo in cream of chicken that's like instant death
